Fan-Fold Labels
Fan-fold labels are die-cut label stock folded in a continuous accordion stack rather than wound on a roll. The labels feed from a box or tray, eliminating the need to stop and change rolls mid-run — an important advantage in high-volume printing operations where roll changes create workflow interruptions and downtime. Fan-fold format is especially useful in print-and-apply systems, automated packaging lines, and high-throughput shipping and fulfillment environments where the printer runs continuously and roll changes are a bottleneck. Because the stack feeds flat, fan-fold labels can also be stored more compactly than large-diameter rolls in some applications.
